This new and luminous apartment of 70 m² and 15 m² terrace is located in the heart of the new Quartier Fischer in Schiltigheim, the site of the old Fischer brewery. Just 5 minutes by car from Strasbourg, you will stay on the 6th floor of a new building with an elevator.
It is composed of a large main room with a furnished kitchen (dishes provided), open to the living room with a spacious convertible corner sofa, and gives access to the south-facing terrace with an outstanding view of the historical brewery.
The bathroom consists of a bathtub, towel dryer, double vanity, and large mirror. Towels are provided. Linens are provided according to the number of guests.
The toilets are separate
The two bedrooms offer two comfortable beds with furnished linen and duvets, along with access to the balcony.
A private office desk in the master bedroom allows you to work peacefully.
This accommodation provides fiber internet with high-speed WiFi and a smart TV where you can log into your Netflix account
With this apartment, you can book a private parking space (for an extra fee) located in the underground garage, with direct access to the apartment via an elevator. You will have secure access with a badge.

This beautiful, new and luxurious, 100 m² and 30 m² terrace apartment, is located on the 4th floor of a new building in the heart of the new Quartier Fischer, site of the former Fischer brewery converted. It is 5-minutes drive from Strasbourg city center.
The main room consists of a furnished American kitchen with a central island and a living area with 165 cm TV and a large convertible corner sofa overlooking the south-facing terrace with beautiful view. This large terrace surrounds the apartment.
The bathroom is composed of a toilet, towel dryer, bath and double vasque cabinet with big miroir. Linen are provided according to the number of guests.
You will finding another separate toilet in the hallway.
The first bedroom offers a confortable bed with private dressing.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and a private office desk.
Both gives access to the big terrace.
Linen and duvet are furnished.
Finally the wellness room composed with a hot tup, big mirror, and his private bathroom room with Italian shower and private vanity. Bathrobes are provided according to the number of guests. This area is not included in the booking price and is charged extra fees.
